In order to discharge big bags safely and dust-free, you need a big bag discharging system that is adapted to your bulk material and production environment.
TiERMAX offers big bag discharging systems which are manufactured in three different versions, depending on the available space and on the bulk bag lifting system used. The most common solution is big bag discharging with forklift loading, big bag discharging with a crane loading system and big bag discharging using an electric hoist loading.
The big bag discharging system enables to unload big bags ergonomically. The big bag can be loaded on the discharging station by using electric hoist, forklift or overhead crane. The big bag is attached to a big bag hanger for raising and positioning the big bag into the big bag unloader support frame and secured big bag handling operations.
Anti-overflow tube to guarantee that the material flow is contained during discharge.
A safety screen prevents foreign items from entering the process farther downstream.
Vibration tray to facilitate the flow of material.
Safety baffle to secure the loops of the bulk bag for safe handling.
