Dense phase pneumatic conveying
Pneumatic conveying is an alternative to the mechanical conveying of the materials. The conveying of the bulk materials operates by known methods of Pressure or Suction.
Pneumatic conveying systems are normally divided into two types depending on if the solids-air ratio is high (dense phase) or low (dilute phase).
The dense phase pneumatic conveying system employs high air pressure and low air volume as the motive force to convey powder or granular bulk solid materials through a pipeline at low velocity.
The dense phase pneumatic conveying systems are designed for high-capacity conveying rates and long distances. There are no moving parts besides the inlet and vent valves, so less wear occurs. Pressure vessel units are pre-assembled to reduce installation cost, requiring only a compressed air source and electrical power.
Advantages of Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying System :
For granules, powders and mixtures
Conveying slowly and smoothly while using less compressed air and energy
Less wear due to low conveying rate
Long distances conveying
Without mixtures damages
Low maintenance
Simple control system

Pressure conveying system is particularly suitable for the transport of the materials having high flow rates and for the medium to long distances. The dense phase pneumatic conveying system is suitable for very abrasive materials, at all throughput rates and all temperature.
Our range of dense phase pneumatic conveying system has been design to be simple and effective method of transferring material from a single collection point to either a single or multiple reception points.
