TiERMAX’s reacting twin screw extruder is a unique new product developed by our partner’s experts in recent years and is available only through TiERMAX for the North American market. This generation of twin screw extruder is primarily utilized for the reactive extrusion of a variety of polymers. The designers and research team have done a lot of experiments on reacting extrusion over the last 20 years, so they know how to meet challenging processes.

The reacting twin screw extruder supplied by our company have been used for the production of a wide range of polycondensation, grafting, crosslinking products such as PVA (polyvinyl chloride), PA66 (polyethylene terephthalate), PCC (polycarbonate) , POM (polyoxometalate) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), ABS, and other melamine materials. The technologies of PVA reaction extrusion and para-aramid reaction extrusion have addressed market gaps and advanced to an international advanced level. TiERMAX can supply reacting twin screw extruder series in 10 different sizes. The screw diameter of this reacting twin screw extruder has a screw diameter range of 20 to 170 mm and the electric motor main power can be adjusted from 5 to 850 kW.
