Liquid Loss-in-Weight Feeder - Volumetric and Gravimetric Feeder
Liquid Loss-in-Weight Feeder are suitable for use in many sectors including the chemical and food industry sectors and capable of handling liquids with both low and high viscosities.
TiERMAX can offer tailor made solutions for oils or other fluids, both volumetric or gravimetric loss-in-weight feeders. The liquid is sucked from a bin by means of a pump, which can be peristaltic, piston diaphragm or gear type, depending on various characteristics of the liquid – these include viscosity, density, temperature, solids content, reactivity, and other properties.
Pump selection also depends on the process requirements such as feeding rate, accuracy, etc. The microprocessor control panel allows to control the pump and therefore the quantity of liquid to be dosed.
