Co-Rotating High Torque Twin Screw Extruder
Special design flow channel of barrel is used in our high torque twin screw extruder which can ensure the same deformation and pretend unusual deformation under high temperature. The multi-channel design can enhance the heat transfer capacity effectively and improve the accuracy of the temperature control.
We offer two series high torque twin screw extruder and super high torque twin screw extruder with wide die, high performance transfer system and screw shafts. Our high torque twins crew extruder and super high torque twin screw extruder machines have higher performance with lower price. Our high torque twin screw extruder machines are available in 25, 35, 40, 50, 60, 75, 80, 92, 112, 132 and 170mm standard sizes, as well as custom sizes up to 450mm.
Our twin screw extruder can be configured with a wide range of wear- and corrosion- resistant materials and coatings to ensure a long, reliable life with optimum finished product quality.
