A wide range of applications for our feeding screw conveyors can be found in feeding of combustion chambers, calcining furnaces, fluidized bed systems, waste incineration facilities, and other areas of application.
Although the process parameters may prevent use of a bearing on the end side of feeding screw conveyors (facing the process), charging screws are the most cost-effective alternative in most cases.
We offer the option of cooling down certain elements of the machine in order to avoid damage to the machine’s structure. Depending on the procedure requirements, we may additionally heat them if necessary. The feeding screw will not be harmed by abrasive bulk solids throughout its service life since a variety of solutions provide good protection against premature wear.
