The vertical packaging machine for large bags (VFFS) is the ideal solution for automatically forming, filling and closing large format bags. Some examples of bulk products that can be packaged by this machine: Soil, seeds, feed, plastic granules, Pet Food, low density products of various granulometry.
A few hints on how it works.
Starting from a film reel, the bag is created around the forming tube and then heat-sealed vertically and horizontally.
A pair of rubber toothed belt, driven by a servomotor and equipped with a self-centering device, pull the film downwards to get the desired bag length.
Simultaneously, the dosing system unloads the selected amount of product into the bag. The opening and closing movement of the sealing bars and the creation of the gussets occur by means of a servomotor.
The format change is quick and easy, thanks to the interchangeable forming tubes.
Electronic management system able to constantly monitor the entire operating cycle
High production capacity, thanks to the presence of brushless servo-motors that guide all machine movements
Flexibility of formats: quick release of the forming tube makes it possible to pass from one format to another very easily and quickly
Easy plant cleaning and dosing elements can be inspected completely.
Touch-screen operator panel
Variety of formats: allows a wide range of formats to be made, which can meet the needs of medium and large industrial realities
Self-diagnosis system for anomalies and verification via display
Pneumatic device for the creation of lateral gussets
Modified Atmosphere device
Annular metal detector
Marker
Printer
Device for the removal of static electricity
Device for the clinched edges
