TiERMAX Extruder for PVC process is a 2-stage compounding system. The 1st stage is for compounding and homogenization, while the 2nd stage is for pressure generation and discharge.

Our two stage compounding system guarantee highest product quality and maximum throughput rates for PVC compounds.

Our 2-stage compounding system extruder consist of a twin screw extruder and one single screw extruder.

Twin screw extruder is mainly used for forcing conveying, high efficiency compounding and shearing dispersing. The single screw is mainly used for extruding.
