Compact Liquid Dosing System

Our small Tank Dosing Unit combines individual configuration with quick delivery.

The entire series has a completely modular design and standardized components. This means that the systems can be individually assembled and ready for connection for the specific application, much like a construction kit, and delivered in much less time.

Three pump series can be combined with various tank sizes to create a variety of configurations.

Small 40-litre tanks with a simple magnetic diaphragm pump to 1,000-litre tanks with an electrically controllable diaphragm pump, electric agitator, and extensive safety package are available.

Frequently Asked : Questions

A liquid dosing system is an engineered solution used to accurately introduce a defined quantity of liquid or chemical into an industrial process. Depending on the application, the system can include dosing pumps, storage or day tanks, valves, piping, measurement instruments, controls and safety equipment. Liquid dosing systems help maintain consistent process conditions, product quality and reliable plant operation.

Liquid dosing systems can be designed for a wide range of process chemicals and liquids, including challenging media that are corrosive, viscous or abrasive. The appropriate pump technology, piping, seals and wetted materials are selected according to the chemical properties, concentration, temperature, viscosity and operating conditions of the application.

Liquid dosing systems are used across chemical processing, power generation, water treatment, metal processing, paper and pulp production, textile manufacturing and many other industries. Typical applications include pH adjustment, catalyst dosing, lubricant supply, chemical additive dosing and process-water treatment.

Yes. Dosing systems can be engineered for integration into both new and existing process plants. A modular design makes it possible to adapt the system to available installation space, existing piping, process interfaces, control requirements and operating conditions while minimizing modifications to the surrounding plant.

Yes. Liquid dosing systems can be configured for batch dosing or continuous dosing. Batch systems deliver predetermined quantities according to a production sequence, while continuous systems provide controlled chemical addition based on parameters such as flow rate, level, pressure, pH or another process signal.

Accurate dosing starts with selecting the correct pump and sizing it for the required flow and pressure range. Depending on the process, the system can also incorporate flow measurement, pressure monitoring, sensors, pulsation dampers and automated controls. Together, these components help provide precise, reproducible dosing even when process conditions fluctuate.

Safety features are selected according to the chemical and application. Typical options can include bunds or drip trays, level monitoring, pressure instrumentation, leak detection, relief devices, shut-off valves and automated alarms or shutdown functions. Proper material selection and system design are also essential when handling hazardous or corrosive chemicals.

Yes. Industrial dosing systems can be customized around the chemical, required dosing capacity, operating pressure, environmental conditions, available space and plant-control requirements. Pumps, tanks, instrumentation, piping, electrical equipment and controls can be combined into a complete engineered system, including skid-mounted or other application-specific configurations.
