Mechanical Engineering
Equipment engineered for your material, your process, and your plant - not a catalog spec sheet
TierMax mechanical engineering is tangible: the equipment on your floor, sized and built for how your material actually behaves. Every dosing, feeding, discharging, screening, mixing, drying, filling, and conveying system we engineer starts with safety, then is built out for lead time, accuracy, and long-term support - so what we design is what keeps running.
““Safety comes first in every mechanical design we release. After that, our objective is simple: shorter lead times, tighter accuracy, and equipment that's still easy to support five years from now.””
— TierMax Mechanical Engineering Team
01. Custom Equipment Design Across the Full Material Handling Line
We design mechanical systems around how your material actually flows — not a generic catalog spec. Our engineers work across dosing and feeding, discharging, separation, screening and sieving, mixing and drying, filling and bagging, and conveying, so each piece of equipment is sized to your material's density, particle size, and flow characteristics.
- Mechanical design for dosing, feeding, and discharging equipment
- Separation, screening, and sieving system design
- Mixing, drying, filling, and bagging equipment engineering
02. Process-Specific Engineering for Demanding Applications
Some processes need more than a standard conveyor or mixer. We engineer process-specific systems - including heating and cooling conveyor technology built to withstand temperatures up to 650°C, and caustic soda dissolving packages - for applications where off-the-shelf equipment simply doesn't hold up.
- Heating/cooling conveyor systems rated to 650°C
- Caustic soda dissolving packages
- Custom bagging systems
03. Mechanical Design Paired With Automation From Day One
Equipment geometry, material flow paths, and sensor placement are engineered alongside the control system, not handed off afterward. Because mechanical and automation engineering work concurrently, the control philosophy fits the machine it's running - and the machine is built to be automated well.

From concept to commissioning, our engineering team develops practical, customized solutions tailored to your process, equipment, and production requirements.
04. Safety-First Structural & Materials Engineering
Build specifications and materials are chosen to perform well beyond nameplate ratings, with safety as the first design priority on every project. That means guarding, access, and maintainability are engineered in from the start - not added after the fact to meet a checklist.
