In order to discharge bulk bags safely and dust-free, you need a bulk bag discharger that is adapted to your bulk material and production environment.
TiERMAX offers bulk bag dischargers which are manufactured in three different versions, depending on the available space and on the bulk bag lifting system used. The most common solution is bulk bag discharger with forklift loading, bulk bag discharger with a crane loading system and bulk bag discharger using an electric hoist loading.
The bulk bag discharger enables to unload bulk bags ergonomically. The bulk bag can be loaded on the discharging station by using electric hoist, forklift or overhead crane. The bulk bag is attached to a bulk bag hanger for raising and positioning the bulk bag into the bulk bag unloader support frame and secured bulk bag handling operations.
We can make the stationary or mobile bulk bag discharger according to your preferences. The different bulk bag dischargers can be combined with required discharge supports, supporting frame designs adapted to the local conditions and bulk bag traverses.
