Starch and Gluten Packaging
TiERMAX provides weighing equipment, bagging machines, packaging machines, palletizers, and wrappers for various varieties of starch and gluten, including corn, potato, rice, manioc, and wheat.
During the phase of bagging, TiERMAX assures the utmost attention to the airtightness of the closure, hygiene, and containment of the dispersion of the dust for the starch and gluten that are in powdered form.
This is how the product can be packed:
- machines that can package 50 g to 25 kg vertically
- machines for putting things in open-mouth bags that can hold up to 50 kg
- big-bag machines are used to package a lot of things.
AISI 304 stainless steel can be used to make the whole machine for packing spices, not just the parts that touch the product.
Using shrink wrappers and case packers, the packaged spices and herbs can be put into groups and put into boxes. Lastly, the packages can be put on pallets and wrapped by automatic and semi-automatic wrappers. This is possible because there are many different kinds of palletizers.
