Tiermax mixing technology provides highly efficient solutions for carefully and thoroughly blending compounding ingredients. In the mixing process of compounding's ingredients, the mixer is either loaded with all of the compounding's raw material components together or in various steps to allow for more extensive mixing of particular components. After a duration of mixing, the mixes are fed using a feeder into the twin screw compounding extruder.

This "Easy Clean" design is available for batch or continuous material mixing.
