TiERMAX offers a comprehensive line of dosing and feeding equipment for powder, granule, fibre, and liquid. We offer both volumetric and gravimetric configurations with an interchangeable screw design for dosing powders and bulk materials in all industrial sectors, particularly the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and plastic industries. The different type of dosing pumps and dosing systems while allowing dosing without deterioration of the raw material. All parts in contact with the bulk material are made of stainless steel to avoid powder or bulk and liquid material degradation.
Single screw feeder is often designed to provide high-accuracy feeding for a wide range of materials including pellets, granules, free-flowing powders. TiERMAX single screw feeder is available with a variety of interchangeable feed screws depending on the material being fed. Volumetric single screw feeder is most common and economical solution for free flowing bulk material. Gravimetric single screw feeder adopts high speed and highly accurate load cell. We supply both volumetric and gravimetric configuration and with exchangeable screw design.

READ MORETiermax has developed sodium hydroxide preparation system, a cost-efficient system solution specifically aimed at industries with fluctuating, but large requirements of alkaline detergents or for countries where a continuous delivery is not secured. This solution ensures the safe and efficient preparation of soda lye on the basis of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in solid form (pellets, flakes, beads or powder) and water. When mixing caustic soda from solids, an exothermic reaction with temperatures of up to 95 °C occurs.
