TiERMAX offers a comprehensive line of dosing and feeding equipment for powder, granule, fibre, and liquid. We offer both volumetric and gravimetric configurations with an interchangeable screw design for dosing powders and bulk materials in all industrial sectors, particularly the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and plastic industries. The different type of dosing pumps and dosing systems while allowing dosing without deterioration of the raw material. All parts in contact with the bulk material are made of stainless steel to avoid powder or bulk and liquid material degradation.
This is the most comprehensive modular system for dosing applications. Tiermax provides the appropriate drive technology in a modular system that is configurable for each application. You will always find the right solution for a wide range of tasks with a magnetic drive, multiphase motor, or three-phase motor, coupled with the appropriate communication option (manual, conventional such as 4-20 mA or impulse, PROFIBUS, or PROFINET). By selecting a displacer with a single-layer diaphragm, a multi-layer diaphragm, or a piston diaphragm technology, you are ensuring that all safety requirements are met.
READ MORETiermax dosing and feeding pumps are oscillating displacement pumps used for liquid dosing and feeding in a variety of industrial applications. We can dose nearly any flowing medium, even those with aggressive, abrasive, odorous, radioactive, inflammable, viscous, or toxic properties - consistently and safely. Despite its high pressure range, the Tiermax piston pump is extremely versatile and reliable.
READ MORETiermax has developed sodium hydroxide preparation system, a cost-efficient system solution specifically aimed at industries with fluctuating, but large requirements of alkaline detergents or for countries where a continuous delivery is not secured. This solution ensures the safe and efficient preparation of soda lye on the basis of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in solid form (pellets, flakes, beads or powder) and water. When mixing caustic soda from solids, an exothermic reaction with temperatures of up to 95 °C occurs.
