TiERMAX can offer the Modular Feed Plant (1 ton/h) which is built around mixing mill model COMPACT (The integration of mill and mixer in the same machine), based on a 36-hammer mill, with an installed power of 7.5 kW.
The areas for storage of raw materials and finished products can be designed according to the client’s needs, with the goal of creating a feed manufacturer to produce animal feed with high-quality flour.
The system can be completed with our semi-automatic bagging lines.
The “COMPACT” mill and mixer is a compact machine for milling and mixing cereals for animal feed production. All operations are manual and manufacturing capacity allows for satisfying the needs of small agricultural and breeding farms.
The “COMPACT” mill and mixer is made of:
– a loading hopper for cereals with a 2,000 lt capacity
– a lifting screw for the products to be milled
– a 36-hammer mill with a 360° grill
– a hopper for manually adding nutritional supplements
– vertical screw mixer with a 2,000 liter capacity
– unloading of the mixed product with manual shutter
– an electrical control board
As optional, the “COMPACT” mill and mixer may be equipped with:
– an automatic dosing system,
– fibreglass silos for stocking raw materials,
– fibreglass silos for stocking finished products,
– a complete pelleting line
– a semiautomatic scale/filling machine for 50 kg bags and sewing system
