TPE Extruder

The processing and behavior of TPE materials classify them as belonging to a group of materials between thermoplastics and elastomers; for example thermoplastic elastomer with cross linked rubber component are known as TPV.

They are divided into TPA, TPC, TPO, TPV, TPU and TPS.
Different methods are applied for the compounding of thermoplastic elastomers such as direct extrusion in film or sheet or pelletizing.
